Alicia Kowsky

Alicia is an outpatient physical therapist specializing in chronic pain and pelvic health rehabilitation. Her clinical work integrates advanced orthopedic and pelvic health training with a systems-based understanding of complex, multi-factor conditions. Her own experience recovering from persistent pain and Lyme disease informs a thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to care.

With a background in communication and conflict studies, Alicia prioritizes collaboration, clarity, and individualized pacing. She understands that meaningful rehabilitation requires attention not only to tissue mechanics, but also to stress, context, and the nervous system’s role in recovery.

Prior to earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2019, Alicia completed extensive training in yoga therapy. Her treatment approach blends manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive strength training with breath mechanics and movement retraining. She has particular expertise in the interplay between the pelvic floor, spine, and nervous system, and works with individuals experiencing chronic pain, spinal disorders, pelvic dysfunction, and complex movement impairments.
Alicia’s work centers on restoring efficient movement, improving load tolerance, and reducing protective patterns that perpetuate pain. She is especially committed to working with individuals who have felt dismissed within the healthcare system, providing care that is rigorous, collaborative, and focused on functional outcomes.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, maintaining her yoga and strength practice, and spending time with her partner and her cats.

Pam Weber

Pamela is a Physical Therapist Assistant dedicated to helping individuals return to confident, pain-free movement. As a former collegiate runner and lifelong athlete, she brings a performance-informed, team-centered approach to rehabilitation grounded in compassion, accountability, and practical progress.
Pam’s connection to movement began early and deepened during her time competing in cross country and track & field at SUNY Oneonta, where she developed a strong understanding of training load, recovery, and athletic performance. She was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, the National Student-Athlete Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to both academic and athletic excellence.
Before entering physical therapy, Pam earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta and an associate degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, working in the fashion industry in New York City for five years. Ultimately, she felt called to work more directly with people and returned to school at LaGuardia Community College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant — bringing creativity, discipline, and real-world perspective into her clinical work.
In the clinic, Pam focuses on improving strength, movement efficiency, and soft tissue resilience. She especially enjoys working with active individuals, runners, and those recovering from orthopedic or sports-related injuries. Her athletic background informs her understanding that no two bodies respond the same to training, and she tailors each session to the individual in front of her.
Outside the clinic, Pam enjoys being a mom and a wife, exploring creative projects, and reading. Though her competitive running days are behind her — she previously qualified for both the NYC and Boston Marathons — she continues to prioritize movement in everyday life through walking, hiking, yoga, and staying active with her family.
